NorWest Community Health Centres is a community-based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services.
We are currently seeking a compassionate, committed individual to work with the Primary Care team as well as in the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic.
This position will provide nursing services within NorWest CHC’s Interprofessional Primary Health Care team and the RAAM team. Within the RAAM clinic, the RN provides low-barrier addictions care to clients and their families. The approach to care is strengths-based and rooted in harm reduction and evidence-based practice. Within the Primary Health Care team, this RN will assist in the delivery of primary care services to vulnerable populations through education, individual support, screening, and outreach.
