Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Ramp Agent to support outdoor aviation operations. You will guide aircraft to gates, load and unload baggage and cargo, and operate ground equipment while prioritizing safety and on-time flights.

Team members contribute to a strong safety record and may work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. The role requires good communication, basic math, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions at Canadian airports.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Canada work authorization as defined by IRPA.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload baggage, cargo and mail safely.
• Protect baggage and cargo from weather, loss and damage.
• Clean cabins and stock aircraft with supplies between flights.
• Operate and/or drive heavy equipment and assist Wing Walkers for safety.
• Record and move luggage and cargo; use company information systems.
• Complete paperwork related to procedures and training as required.
• Be punctual, prepared, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
