Raise Drill Operator

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Superintendent to manage on-site construction activities in Calgary, Alberta. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong leadership in construction management. Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) options are available, and applicants from across Canada are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
• Track progress, productivity, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client expectations.
• Maintain detailed site logs, daily reports, and communication with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and construction best practices.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
• Familiar with construction management tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project.
• Willingness to work in a FIFO setup if based outside of Calgary.
