A leading organization in Ontario is looking for an RAI Coordinator to oversee interdisciplinary resident assessments and support the nursing team. Candidates should be Registered Practical Nurses in good standing with experience in long-term care, particularly with RAI-MDS processes. The role requires detail-oriented skills, organizational competence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The RAI Coordinator serves as a dedicated role to review the interdisciplinary and comprehensive resident assessments, collecting data for the purpose of quality documentation management and adherence to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) requirements, providing support to the nursing and interdisciplinary team.
