A leading healthcare organization is seeking an RAI Coordinator to oversee resident assessments and ensure adherence to MDS requirements. The position requires a Registered Practical Nurse with substantial experience in long-term care and a strong understanding of RAI-MDS processes. You will manage care plans and documentation, update your knowledge in data management, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
The RAI Coordinator serves as a dedicated role to review the interdisciplinary and comprehensive resident assessments, collecting data for the purpose of quality documentation management and adherence to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) requirements, providing support to the nursing and interdisciplinary team.
