Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with specialization in Diagnostic Radiology.
• License to practice in British Columbia.
• Familiarity with CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Digital Mammography, and other imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical imaging services including CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
• Participate in on-call reporting for evening/weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with other radiologists in patient care and departmental functions.

The Medical Imaging Department at Penticton Regional Hospital is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team consisting of 8 other radiologists in a hospital-based practice. Our department provides CT, MRI, basic image guided Procedures, Ultrasound, Digital Mammography including Stereotactic Biopsy, Bone Mineral Density, and General X-Ray and Fluoroscopy services. We are equipped with 2 full time CT Scanners, full time fixed 1.5T MRI and SPECT-CT (currently run by the KGH nuclear medicine dept).
