Job Overview:

To provide a specialized image of a body part for purposes of medical interpretation.

Qualifications:

Required:

• ARRT Certification in Radiation Technology required.
• NJ radiology license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Preferred:

• Minimum of two (2) years of radiology technician experience strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Using medical imaging equipment to produce images of tissues and vessels.
• Preparing equipment for use, positioning patients for imaging, ensuring patient safety during exams, monitoring equipment quality, and assessing Lead aprons for annual inspection and reports.
