Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for the show, host it and make sure it comes off smoothly
• Produce the show
• Podcast production
• Recording shows for other markets
• File commercial reports ("remotes") when asked
• Maximize both stations’ digital content
• Have a knowledge of radio production techniques (WO and others)
• Represent the station at promotional events
• Go on outings outside the station and liaise with event partners
• Follow social media posts
• Observe the broadcast schedule
• Collaborate with the promo department to create posts on the social networks
  
  

Critical Qualifications

• Experience in radio hosting (3 to 5 years)
• Excellent command of social media
• Professional approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of current events
• Drive, creativity and team spirit
• Excellent written and spoken French
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines
