WDNA is an authorized exclusive Rogers and Fido dealer with 38 locations across the Greater Toronto Area.

This role is for our Enterprise division and would directly report to the division head. Rogers has multiple products in the enterprise space such as Corporate wireless plans, Business grade fibre, Fleet management solutions, Microsoft suite of products as well as Fleet management solutions.

Our Business Development Associates are key players within the enterprise business environment and would be selling Rogers’ Enterprise telecom solutions suite of products. They are client centric sales professionals who create opportunities by generating, securing, and executing on any potential business leads. The ideal candidate would also be responsible for client facing activities such as Quarterly business review, building quotes and involved in sales operations activities, conducting renewal and explore opportunities for upsell/cross-sell with current clients

In this role you will:

  • Outbound cold-calling and cold-emailing based prospecting to identify target accounts within an assigned segment
  • Cold-calling volume of 65-80 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads
  • The Business Development Representative will be responsible for setting appointments/meetings between prospects and Account executive
  • Working and collaborating directly with Account Executive
  • Build an understanding of the assigned territory/segment, develop unique solutions to uncover prospects and create leads
  • Develop Sales skills through regular training and review cycles
  • Prepare quotes and agreements on salesforce for the prospects
  • Conduct quarterly business review and renewal presentations with current clients and explore avenues to upsell as well as cross-sell products

You are someone who:

  • Telecom background is good to have but not mandatory
  • 6 months-1 year of previous B2B sales experience is preferred
  • Must have cold calling experience
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to consistently exceed targets
  • You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
  • Have experience in presenting to senior executives
