2. EMR: ACCURO
3. Clinic hours and calls: Standard 6-8 hour shifts, flexible
4. Team: Multidisciplinary team including Allied Health, Manager, MOA, GP, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Esthetics, Cardiology, Billing Clerk
5. Patient panel: 30% walk-in, 70% family practice
6. PCN: You may join any PCN; we are affiliated with Mosaic PCN
7. Nearby transit: Within 10 minutes to LRT and other transit options
8. Benefits: Signing bonus of $5,000 for a 1-year contract, which may increase with contract length; free parking
