Maintenance Worker III Plumber(25-R271)

Other sites : Sr. Margaret Smith Centre, Sr. Leila Greco Apts. Shifts : Days (Regular shifts- 8 am- 4pm) (On call rotation every 8th week for 4pm- 8am weekdays and 24 / 7 on weekends)
Rate of Pay : $38.00 per hour
The Maintenance III - Multi Skill Trades person is responsible for the proper operation, maintenance of equipment / systems; including heating and cooling components of assigned St. Joseph's Care Group LTC (Long Term Care) sites. This is achieved through safe working practices, proper planning and inspections, and adhering to governing codes in the maintenance and installation of equipment at the sites. The individual will be also responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing all computerized energy monitoring equipment at the sites.
