Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking a Project Manager for the Government and Collaborations Programs and Academic Partnerships team in Montreal. You will work across departments on complex, innovation-driven collaboration programs, from scoping to audits, including financial forecasting and KPI dashboards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong data analysis skills, and bilingual fluency in French and English. Flexible work options include remote, on-site, or hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, management, finance, law or related domains.
• Experience with data analysis and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of multiple, complex innovation-driven collaboration programs from scoping to financial forecasting, claims, and audits.
• Analyze trends, forecasts and statistics relating to the R&D portfolio from financial and technical perspectives.
• Consolidate findings into reports for management review at different levels.
• Maintain up-to-date financial and progress KPIs and dashboards.
• Support tool/process improvements and portfolio governance.
• Participate in business-case preparation and talks with internal and external stakeholders.
