Boston Scientific is hiring in its R&D Packaging Engineering team within the Access Solutions division. You will support packaging design and development for new products and improve existing offerings.
The role follows a hybrid work model requiring three days in the local office. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2+ years of related experience, with strong communication skills and familiarity with quality systems.

This role is in the R&D Packaging Engineering team of the Access Solutions division. This group serves new product development projects through packaging system design and realization and supports existing product improvements to ensure patients continue being served. The engineer will work under limited supervision/guidance, compiles, analyzes, and reports operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified packaging, products, processes, and materials.
Work mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Minimum Salary: $59,900
Maximum Salary: $108,900

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
