Ayeshahteaches is seeking a part-time Qur’an Program Coordinator in Milton, Canada to oversee daily Qur’an programs, support instructors and families, and ensure a high-quality learning experience.

The role involves coordinating class schedules, enrollment, teacher assignments, attendance tracking, and program events, while upholding the organisation's policies and educational standards. Strong English and tajweed skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent tajweed and Qur’an recitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate class schedules, student enrollment, and teacher assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students.
• Monitor attendance, student progress, and program quality.
• Support instructors with resources, communication, and classroom needs.
• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation.
• Assist with assessments, class placements, and reporting.
• Coordinate program events, workshops, and Qur’an completion ceremonies.
• Ensure programs operate in accordance with aat & co.’s policies, values, and educational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve program delivery and student experience.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

Ijazah in one or more riwayat

TQE certification
