Role - Senior Scrum Master

Location - Montreal, Longueuil - Quebec - Hybrid with 20% onsite in a month

Contract Role

In addition to the usual responsibilities of a Scrum Master, the person in this role must:

• Ensure that the team is aligned on the right work, consistent with business priorities and objectives of the team and the sector.
• Contribute to proactive management of team members' engagement, taking into account team dynamics and ongoing organizational changes.
• Support the team in adoption and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and team workshops.
• Support the various business sector partners.
• Identify obstacles, promote collaboration, and ensure the smooth flow of delivery.
• Keep performance and budget indicators (JP) up to date.
• Be autonomous in developing diagnoses and recommendations.
