Your Role: Quick Lube Technician

You will inspect and lubricate customer vehicles according to policies set by the Service Manager. Responsibilities include performing light mechanical work such as tire and battery replacements.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Perform oil and filter changes
  2. Sell lubrication, safety inspections, and related services
  3. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to the Service Advisor
  4. Replace oil and air filters
  5. Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels
  6. Check and adjust tire pressure
  7. Lubricate moving parts
  8. Assist with tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
  9. Coordinate with parts department for needed parts
  10. Report machinery defects
  11. Document all work performed
  12. Participate in manufacturer training programs
  13. Maintain vehicle cleanliness
  14. Notify Service Advisor of any vehicle condition changes
  15. Keep the shop area clean and safe
  16. Operate tools safely
  17. Report safety issues promptly
  18. Perform other tasks as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High integrity
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and use power tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
