You'll Do:

• Work in a variety of areas, which may include sorting, stacking, and piling plywood.
• Handle and lift materials.
• Operate production equipment as assigned.
• Assist other processing workers.
• Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning of the sawmill equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team.
• Other general labourer responsibilities.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company safety standards and follow safe work practices such as Lock-out, Pre-task hazard assessments, etc.
• Stand for extended periods.

• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Availability to perform day and night shifts as needed.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to work on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work as a positive team member.
• Strong commitment to following all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), and taking precautions to maintain a safe work environment.
• Reliability and excellent work ethic.
• Desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
• No experience required.

• The hourly pay range for this position may vary depending on what job you will be doing for the day, it will be between $34.01 - $35.04.
• Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays.
