Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Experimental Quantum Information, Physics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional experimental & technical instincts and judgement
• Deep familiarity with one or more quantum computing platforms (ion traps, neutral atoms, defect centres, solid-state spins, or superconducting qubits)
• Experience driving multi-qubit systems at high fidelity
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations in rapidly changing R&D environment
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve engineering and physics problems
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in the Greater Vancouver Area
• Eligible for work permit sponsorship and relocation support
