Canada Guaranty Mortgage Insurance Company is seeking a Quantitative Risk Analyst to independently conduct analytics and reporting that support risk management objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Analytics and Reporting, the Quantitative Risk Analyst will independently conduct quantitative analytics and reporting initiatives that contribute to the organization’s risk management objectives. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets to prepare and analyze information, develop regular and ad-hoc reports, monitor portfolio performance, and provide analytical insights to support business and risk management decisions.
This role provides an opportunity to develop technical and analytical expertise while working closely with experienced members of the Risk Analytics team. The successful candidate will be expected to apply quantitative and programming skills to solve business problems, communicate findings clearly, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and reporting.
