Typical Day in Role:

1. Analyze business requirements and propose solutions for meeting those requirements.
2. Develop solutions based on the business requirements.
3. Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions.
4. Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met.
5. Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
6. Adapt quickly to change and adjust work positively.

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills:

1. 10+ years experience in developing analytics and fixed income.
2. 5+ years of development experience in C++ (including C++11/14/17/20).
3. 5+ years of experience with Python.
4. Hands-on experience following iterative and agile software development.
5. Familiarity with capital market trading practices and regulatory requirements.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Structured approach to testing.
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, make, shell scripting, and git.

Additional Notes: The ideal candidate would have a strong background in testing, especially with Python.

Interview Process:

1. First round: Hiring manager (1 hour).
2. Second round: 45-60 minutes.
3. Third round: 45-60 minutes.
