Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Quantitative Audit Manager to work with Directors or Senior Audit Managers on audits across teams, focusing on modelling, quantitative analysis, and audit execution activities.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of quantitative disciplines, visibility with senior leaders, and a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded with career growth and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

Masters degree or PhD in Quantitative Finance or related areas.
At least 2 years experience with quantitative analysis, research and/or statistical modelling.
Demonstrated analytical ability and aptitude for logical and critical thinking.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent computer and Excel skills; advanced knowledge of programming languages is useful for some roles.

Responsibilities

Understand models used by various businesses and quantify their implications.
Present models and any weaknesses/findings to the team and leadership.
Ensure all model documentation complies with corporate policies, standards and guidelines.
Collaborate to evaluate the strength of the business risk framework.
