Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment operating under ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TS quality standards.
• Experience with quality and continuous improvement tools including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, SPC, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Internal Auditor certification is considered an asset.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment: calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related QA software.
• Post-secondary education in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology or related field preferred.

• Provide technical and quality support to internal departments and customers as required.
• Maintain quality communication tools, visual management boards, and related metrics.
