Job summary

Gestal in Mirabel, QC is seeking a Quality Management System Documentation Analyst to join the Quality Assurance team. You will coordinate, define and authorize major change and continuous improvement projects regarding documentation and processes.

You will support cross-functional teams, manage document change processes, ensure QMS documentation compliance, and maintain lifecycle integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation Analyst (m/f) to join the Quality Assurance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will coordinate, define and authorize major change and continuous improvement projects regarding documentation and processes.

You will be part of the Quality Assurance QMS team responsible for managing regulatory and non-regulatory QMS documentation and processes, coordinating and managing the document change process, ensuring QMS consistency, and ensuring compliance of documentation with regulations throughout the company.

Your role as a QMS Documentation Analyst will be to actively support cross-functional teams in their continuous improvement of operational processes, conduct analyses related to inefficiency causes, risks and impacts of changes, and manage and maintain the objectives, intentions and integrity of documentation throughout its lifecycle.

Your challenges:

• Manage cross-functional process improvement and integration projects (project management lifecycle);
• Analyze the causes of process inefficiency and/or failure, operational risks and their potential impacts;
• Perform go-and-sees to understand the situation;
• Work with a cross-functional team to develop and test process improvement solutions and their potential control plans;
• Make recommendations and reinforce requirements from various sources to contribute to decision-making;
• Facilitate process mapping, document drafting, as well as change management planning and execution;
• Manage authorization workflows and documentation publication;
• Ensure the quality of work done across all projects.

Your profile:
