Our client, a major player in the aeronautical industry located in Mirabel, is looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation Analyst to join its Quality Assurance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects related to the evolution of documentation, continuous process improvement, and maintaining Quality Management System compliance.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing documentation and regulatory and non-regulatory processes of the QMS. You will notably contribute to document change management, process consistency, and compliance with various applicable regulatory requirements.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage improvement projects and integration of multifunctional processes according to the different stages of a project lifecycle;
• Analyze the causes of inefficiency or process failure as well as operational risks and their potential impacts;
• Perform field analyses to understand processes and issues encountered;
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to develop, test, and implement process improvement solutions;
• Develop and support the implementation of adapted control plans;
• Analyze and consolidate requirements from different sources to support decision-making;
• Facilitate process mapping;
• Participate in the drafting, revision, and improvement of procedural documentation;
• Support the planning and execution of change management activities;
• Manage documentation authorization, approval, and publication processes;
• Maintain the objectives, intentions, and integrity of documentation throughout its lifecycle;
• Ensure the quality and compliance of work carried out within the framework of various projects.
