Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in production quality or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, PDCA, and Poka Yoke.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing quality standards and conducting quality reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality investigations and facilitate root cause analysis with stakeholders
• Plan and complete unit-related production quality projects, implementing actions and monitoring effectiveness using quality methods such as 8D and FMEA
