Job summary

A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc is hiring a QAO Method Agent to support engineering in quality assurance for aerospace components. You will validate manufacturing methods, inspection plans, and documentation to ensure compliant parts from first run.

The role collaborates with CAD/CAM teams, engineers, and the quality group on new production rollouts. Knowledge of drawing standards, GD&T, and CAD tools (Catia, SolidWorks) is essential, with hands-on experience in inspection and FAI reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drawing standards and GD&T.
• Mastery of CAD tools (Catia, SolidWorks, etc).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, tolerances).
• Relevant experience in inspection and FAI report writing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, standards, contractual clauses, and customer requirements to identify applicable quality requirements.
• Validate inspection plans, control points, as well as key and critical product characteristics.
• Ensure consistency between drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing routes, and inspection plans.
• Support non-conformance investigations and contribute to root cause identification for development parts.
• Ensure the documentary compliance of manufacturing files before their release to production.
• Collaborate with CAD, CAM method agents, engineers, and the quality team during new production rollouts.

The chosen person will play a key role within the company's engineering team. By ensuring that manufacturing methods, controls, and necessary documentation allow for the production of compliant parts right from the first execution. Working Conditions

• Salary starting from $32.90 per hour up to $40.77
• 3 weeks of paid vacation upon hiring
• 6 paid days during the Holiday break
