About the Opportunity:
The Quality Manager leads a team of Quality Analysts responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of credential evaluations that assist international students and professionals in attaining their educational and career objectives in the United States and Canada. This role works as a proactive leader who thrives in data-driven environments, is eager to learn and apply WES policies and processing guidelines and has experience managing teams through change. The Quality Manager will contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams. This position reports to the AD, Quality Management within the WES Production function.
