Responsibilities
  • Manage the work of technicians (2) in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA).
  • Ensure continuous improvement, Operational Excellence (OpEx), and effective management of the quality system.
  • Manage and participate in internal audits, client audits, supplier qualification, and certification audits.
  • Manage and update the certification programs currently in place.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific requirements across all quality-related processes.
  • Handle international customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining close contact with subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with production and supplier management to identify opportunities for improvement, support process and system optimization, and participate in raw material approvals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC).
