You will develop and implement quality procedures, lead audits, and drive corrective actions across multiple facilities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in supervision and in custom design/build of industrial equipment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our dynamic team to ensure the quality and safety of our custom machinery and material conveyance equipment for the food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures for the Tri-Mach group of companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and production processes. It is crucial that our Quality Manager promote a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

Salary Range For The Role: $110,000 - $125,000
The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
