Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality team supporting our Automotive business. You will plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance activities to maintain QMS compliance and meet customer requirements.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5–10+ years in quality, including 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams across shifts. Excellent problem-solving and auditing skills are essential.

We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Quality Manager within our Quality team to help support our Automotive business. That’s right! Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible planning, coordinating and directing quality assurance activities to provide governance, maintenance and ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System in order to maintain defined standards. The responsibility of this role is also to fulfil the quality requirements and obligations from the customers.
Salary Range from $100,000 to $115,000 based on Experience.
