Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

About the Company

An established FMCG manufacturer in Halifax is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its quality management systems and drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high standards throughout the manufacturing process.

The Role

As the Quality Manager, you will oversee quality assurance, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and drive a culture of excellence. You will manage customer complaints, implement new products and processes, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager in FMCG manufacturing or a Quality Engineer ready to take a step up.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, compliance, and CAPA.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
