Job summary

CS Group Canada is seeking a Quality Management professional to support the development and consolidation of a corporate QMS and Quality Manual across sites and departments. You will prepare the organization for ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE R155-related audits and collaborate with Engineering and Cybersecurity peers to address requirements.

The role involves structuring governance, templates, and processes, and facilitating workshops across Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing and IT to align

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing or implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience developing Quality Manuals, processes, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Experience performing QMS gap assessments and preparing organizations for audits/certifications.
• Experience working in complex, multi-site and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently structure fragmented processes and documentation into a coherent management system.

Responsibilities

• Assess and consolidate existing QMS practices across sites and functions.

Job Description

Support the development and consolidation of a corporate Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Manual across multiple sites and departments. ensuring the organization is prepared to support applicable certification and audit requirements, including ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE R155-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• ASPICE knowledge or implementation experience.
• ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE R155 knowledge.
• ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 or similar QMS standards.
