Job summary

A leading packaging company in Boucherville is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and maintain their Quality Management System. You will ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements while leading both internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in labels or packaging. Fluency in French and strong English skills are required. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and promotes a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing a Quality Management System in production.
• Experience with printing and converting processes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and packaging-related standards.
• Fluent in French and good English skills.
