Reporting to the Manager MHA Quality and Safety, Mental Health and Addictions, the Quality Leader advances the work of the Mental Health & Addictions program by providing:
The Quality Leader uses their excellent quantitative and analytical skills to lead projects and initiatives and make recommendations to the Mental Health and Addictions Leadership Team and committees to prioritize and evaluate initiatives. The Quality Leader demonstrates a working knowledge of project planning and project management methodologies. The successful candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable them to work as a member of a team, facilitate groups, and present information within various levels of the Zone and provincial health care environments.

$40.15 - $50.19 Hourly
