Responsibilities

• Inspect manufacturing components and merchandise using proper tools.
• Create non-compliance and inspection reports.
• Release compliant products in the ERP system according to supplier specifications.
• Conduct inspections during production, including welding, sanding, and polishing processes.
• Perform electrical tests and water distribution system tests.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and production sequences.
• Verify the receipt of all components using the list and packing slip.
• Perform visual inspections of paint quality.
• Conduct adhesion tests and record results.
• Check the quality of final assembly.
• Document components after packaging with photos stored on the network.
• Follow safety standards, wear safety equipment, and adhere to dress code.
• Report accidents or incidents to the Production Director.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain inspection tools and assist assemblers as needed.
