Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect and analyze products and materials to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Duties:

  1. Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
  2. Utilize various tools and equipment to measure and evaluate product dimensions, such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
  3. Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns in product quality
  4. Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet aesthetic standards
  5. Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns
  6. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
  8. Assist in the fabrication of test fixtures or equipment as needed
  9. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements

Experience:

  1. Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
  2. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
  3. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and procedures
  4. Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  5. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Strong problem-solving skills
  8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
