The Quality Improvement (QI) Lead plays a central role in advancing the organization’s commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery through data-driven quality improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all departmental activities related to QI, including data benchmarking, analytics, performance reporting, and program operations. The QI Lead ensures the integrity and consistency of data, supports the development and execution of improvement strategies, and actively engages with staff at all levels to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
