Quality Specialist – Automotive Innovation & Excellence

Are you passionate about driving quality in cutting-edge automotive engineering? Join us as a Quality Specialist, where your expertise will directly shape the future of vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll lead the standardization of manufacturing quality enablers, solve complex problems with creativity and precision, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong voice to the table.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead root cause analysis using advanced tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, DOE) and implement cost-effective, permanent solutions.
  • Analyze internal and external quality data to drive engineering changes and ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct product evaluation tests to validate robustness before full-scale implementation.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for engineering quality and product-related incidents.
  • Deliver on third-party quality metrics and uncover new opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Manage multiple technical projects with clear goals and priorities.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer and champion quality at all levels—including senior leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Inspire action, remove roadblocks, and drive results with integrity and energy.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years in a similar automotive quality role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in automotive quality systems and tools (APQP, PPAP, ISO/TS-16949, Green/Black Belt methodologies).
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44.55 - $44.55/hr.
