Job summary

Phoenix Industrial Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Administrator to support the Quality team in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures documentation aligns with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control Administration, Document Control, or Quality Assurance within industrial construction, oil & gas, fabrication, or energy sectors.
• Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with CSA, ASME, API, or other industry codes and standards.
• Knowledge of non-destructive examination (NDE) processes and weld mapping.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure quality processes follow company procedures, client specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain quality records and ensure ISO, client, and internal requirements compliance.
• Review project scope and quality requirements during execution and closeout.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain quality records for projects.
• Coordinate turnover packages and assist with inspections and audits.
• Assist management with document control and audit readiness.
