Quality Coordinator – Lead Moulds Inspector. Description As a Quality Coordinator specializing in mould inspection, you are the expert behind the scenes ensuring all moulds meet the highest standards of excellence. From smoothing and leveling freshly poured concrete to inspecting insert placements with precision, your work is critical to the success of each project.

Essential Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the condition of moulds used for precast segmental bridge deck production, ensuring they meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of moulds before, during, and after each use to ensure they are free from defects, damage, or wear.
• Ensure that moulds are cleaned and properly oiled/lubricated before the placement of rebar cage.
• Ensure the moulds are properly maintained to prevent contamination that could affect the quality of the concrete segments.

• Academic degree or professional certification in a relevant field
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion
• Self-motivated with a high standard of performance
• Excellent problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and communication abilities

Compensation

$56,000 - $77,000 annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
