Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Vaughan, Canada to ensure raw materials and fabricated metal products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards through visual and dimensional inspections.

You will inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools; read drawings; review MTRs and CO Cs; and help maintain calibration records, document results, and support a

• Experience in a manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, welding, or industrial environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform dimensional inspections.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, tape measures, and squares.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Summary

The Quality Control Technician ensures raw materials and fabricated metal products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards through visual and dimensional inspections.

• Knowledge of blueprint reading, tolerances, and manufacturing quality processes.

Compensation: $21.75 to $23.00 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
