Overall Responsibilities

The QC Technician will be responsible for sampling all inventory material and performing minor laboratory activities in both Chemistry and Microbiology laboratory.

Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

• To follow instructions and procedures as outlined by the Supervisor Quality Control
• To perform daily sampling of raw materials and purchased items upon receiving
• To perform daily sampling of manufactured items and finished goods upon completion
• To maintain overall sanitation of the sampling booths, laboratories and their contents
• To maintain quality documentation logs and checklists
• To maintain laboratory tracking system log of sampled goods
• To be able to assist with all team tasks depending on requirements and urgencies for that day
• Working in compliance with the company’ s Health & Safety Policies/SOP’s including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure
• Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. Facilities
• Will comply with Good Laboratory Practices in all Laboratory settings.
• To perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
