Quality Control Technician

POSITION: Quality Control Technician REPORTS TO: Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Assurance team! Our Quality Control Technician will be responsible for quality control and ensure that all quality requirements are met before our product reaches our customers.

OPPORTUNITIES

Some of the main challenges include staying organized in a fast-paced environment and effectively coaching production staff while demonstrating consistency and follow-through. At the same time, this provides the opportunity to support, maintain, and achieve high-quality standards for our delicious, plant-based products.

1. You have intermediate level Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

EXPERIENCE

1. You have experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a food production facility
2. You have an undergrad degree in a related discipline

NICE-TO-HAVE

1. Formal education in a related field or 1-year relevant experience

THINGS YOU WILL DO...

1. Monitor incoming ingredients and key quality parameters
2. Support quality complaint investigation by retrieving retention samples
3. Collaborate with various teams such as R&D, QA, and operations to ensure alignment with company priorities and strategic targets
4. Conduct shelf-life studies and compile reports
5. Complete data entry and record keeping. Regularly file records and manage documents
