We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable Quality Control Inspector - Entry Level to join our dynamic Facilities Team in Airdrie, Alberta.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Full-Time Quality Control Inspector to join our team in an existing position in Airdrie, Alberta. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in quality assurance within a fast-paced, hands-on, manufacturing and warehouse environment.

This is a physically active position that requires the successful candidate to spend a significant portion of the workday standing, walking, lifting, moving, inspecting, and working directly on the production and warehouse floor. The role involves repetitive physical tasks and regular handling of product and materials, in addition to completing quality inspections and documentation.

As a member of our Quality team, you will play a key role in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing products meet our high standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Working closely with the Quality Control Team, you will support daily inspection activities, maintain accurate quality records, and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills
  • Comfortable working in warehouse or production environments
  • Comfortable operating FLT and Power Jack
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift 33 lbs/16 kg consistently – 50lbs Occasionally
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
Preferred Skills & Assets:
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with food safety principles (GMPs, HACCP)
  • Experience with inspections, audits, or production environments (asset, not required)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, tablets, inspection forms)
  • Strong communication skills
