Job description

Reporting to the Quality Lead, the purpose of the Quality Control Inspector includes but is not limited to completing quality inspection functions as required by the Quality Control Program in both pressure vessel and pressure piping applications.

With a foundation of integrity, the candidate would use commitment and creativity to drive our organization forward. This position is based out of Enerflex’s Calgary facility.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Pressure vessels and process piping material receiving and documentation review, including verifying conformance to local legislation, construction codes and customer specifications. Typical codes will include ASME VIII-1, B31.3, CSA B51, ASME II, etc.
  • Adhering to internal quality programs and ensuring applicable project specifications are met.
  • Verification of various project documentation records are completed and accurate.
  • Assist in capturing, creation and assembly of Quality Inspection Documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
  • Technical diploma, CWB certifications and/or knowledge of construction codes are considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
  • Excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated focus on quality, accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Results oriented and team player.
