QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATOR– NIGHT SHIFT

Job Title: Quality Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated anddetail-oriented Quality Coordinator to oversee our company's quality controlprocesses. The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that ourproducts and services meet the highest standards of quality and comply withregulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a keen eye fordetail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independentlyas well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures toensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address qualityissues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implementcorrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure that products andservices meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Review and analyze customer feedback and product returns toidentify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to trackperformance against quality goals.
• Train and educate employees on quality control processes andprocedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors toensure the quality of incoming materials and services.
• Serve as the point of contact for quality-related inquiries andissues from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management,engineering, or science
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or qualityassurance role
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 orsimilar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop andimplement effective corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data andidentify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Preferred:

· 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Control Coordinator within theconstruction industry.

· Ability to work remote worksites on a rotational basis.

· A diploma or degree in engineering, or quality assurance.
