A leading company in procurement is seeking a Quality Control Analyst based in Toronto. This hybrid role requires overseeing the accuracy and compliance of purchase requisitions. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a background in procurement or accounting. You'll play a vital role in streamlining processes and ensuring organizational integrity.
This is a hybrid position primarily based in Toronto. We are committed to your flexibility and wellbeing, and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working days, offering you a world of potential.
We are embarking on an exciting new phase in the expansion of our Procurement target operating model and are looking for talented individuals to be part of this journey. These changes will enhance the capability of Computershare's global Procurement teams. Our ambition is to create a function that is proactively called upon by the business to enable growth while reducing costs and managing risk.
To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our Center of Excellence, of which this role will be a part. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities.
At Computershare, our Procurement function is a global operation delivering purchasing expertise and negotiating supplier partnerships that support every business unit across the organization. From goods to services, we work across borders to ensure value, compliance, and operational efficiency. We are now seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our Procurement Center of Excellence. In this global role, you'll be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that every Purchase Requisition is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. You'll conduct detailed reviews of submitted requisitions, checking each field for accuracy and identifying any missing or incorrect information. Through direct communication with internal business partners and third parties, you'll clarify requirements and support the timely approval of requisitions.
