Job description

Are you looking to take the next step in your distribution career, learn new skills, and broaden your expertise? This Quality Control Associate position in Ontario, CA is the perfect opportunity! It offers competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to enhance your quality assurance skills.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, with possible overtime up to 12 hours daily, as early as 8 am, and Saturdays.

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Job Responsibilities - Quality Control:

  • Interface with Operations and Customer Service
  • Inspect distribution packaging (matching delivery pack slips with orders)
  • Inspect goods for shipping damages in the receiving department
  • Use RF scanners to record locations for accurate inventory management
  • Conduct 'out of box' audits and process audits, including data entry
  • Move finished pallets using a manual pallet jack
  • Follow safety guidelines and standard work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Complete pre-employment screenings
  • Previous warehouse/quality control experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work overtime and six days a week
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-train in departments such as Inbound and Picking
  • Reliable with good attendance
