Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to generate accurate results while following GMP requirements. The role involves analyzing laboratory samples using TLC, UV, FTIR, HPLC and GC, under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include inventory management of reagents, preparation of testing solutions, documentation, CAPA, and participating in internal, customer, regulatory and safety audits. A Bachelor of Science and at least 1 year in a pharmaceutical lab are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and at least 1 year in a pharmaceutical laboratory
• Able to apply chemistry, math and instrumentation knowledge to tasks
• Knowledge of pH, viscometer, Karl Fischer, UV/IR spectrophotometry and chromatography

Responsibilities

• Test in-process, bulk, finished product, and stability samples using TLC, UV, FTIR, HPLC and GC
• Maintain inventory and standardization of reagents and solutions
• Prepare HPLC testing solutions and assist with CAPA and investigations
• Complete GMP documentation accurately and on time
• Support audits and ensure proper training records
