As a Quality Assurance Testing Specialist, you will join a dynamic team of developers, architects, project managers, and product owners. Your focus will be on the authentication domain to protect our customers. Your role includes delivering digital banking solutions, validating, and assuring the quality of deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving automation testing adoption by seeking new technologies
  • Providing test automation framework training to development teams
  • Maintaining and creating automation frameworks
  • Recommending and designing quality improvement solutions
  • Developing and implementing technical roadmaps
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams to improve delivery speed and quality
  • Mentoring team members and supporting their career growth
  • Participating in knowledge exchange forums
  • Contributing to a culture focused on engineering excellence, feedback, and sustainable outcomes

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in software development and automation testing tools
  • Understanding of testing methodologies (functional and non-functional)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Ability to perform QE activities within sprints and collaborate closely with teams
  • Experience with automation frameworks for mobile and web (Appium, Selenium)
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
  • Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger
  • Hands-on defect identification and logging (JIRA or similar)
  • 2-3 years in automation testing with basic coding skills
  • Experience in planning, leading, and prioritizing work
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and break down problems
  • Mentoring experience in advanced testing techniques
  • Collaborative and disciplined approach within agile teams
  • Knowledge of modern architectural principles and test practices
  • Strong communication skills across organizational levels
